Have not featured Thiruvalluvar for a while. The current phase in life reminded me of this kuraL from school days. So here goes -kuraL no 341.

So if watching high pitched debates on television is bothering you, stop watching them. Some very well known and sensational criminal cases in the last few years just passed me by, because I do not watch TV news. 

Same thing for most of the things in life. Some things however bother you more when you move away from it. But then it means, you haven't moved away completely. I remember being irked by the pronunciation of a certain media person and actually getting quite worked about it. Then I stopped listening to that show, and now I am at peace.
